      The experienced and accredited staff in place allows the business to run itself, without active oversight from the Owner.  Nine full time, eight-part time and twenty-three casual employees (working less than a traditional part-time employee) are currently on staff.  The full-time employees include a Clinical Manager, therapy technician, two occupational therapists, one certified occupational therapist, and four speech language pathologists.  The causal employees include 20 therapists.  The business is fully accredited and all therapists hold state licenses and national accreditation.  A new owner does not need to be a licensed therapist.

      There are three revenue sources for the business: medical facility contract based (10%), clinical insurance (56%) and educational (34%).  Focus is on occupational and speech therapy, but other services could also be provided in areas including dementia, cerebral palsy, stroke, traumatic brain injuries and swallowing issues, based on therapist expertise and training.  The business is very nimble and can collaborate with facility based therapists, providing an additional scope of experience and knowledge.
