Since 2006, BuyaBiz has been passionately dedicated to taking the hassle out of entering, managing, and organizing business listings, listing statistics and marketing efforts for business brokers.  Our mission is simple: to build great software that any business broker, listings coordinator or new agent can pick up and use immediately. There's no learning curve. It just makes sense.

After a lengthy beta period, where we listened to hundreds of business broker’s suggestions, BuyaBiz officially launched as a commercial product in 2012. Since then, we've continued to grow, innovate and add new features based on feedback from our loyal customers. In 2013 we received a 20 year angel funding grant (fancy name for cash) from our parent company to continue to build and innovate BuyaBiz based on our customer’s feedback and requests.

BuyaBiz is a small company with a big vision. We believe strongly in the power of community, teamwork and ethics, and we want every one of our customers to spend less time entering listings and more time making deals!

Greg Ferrante - Founder & CEO
Greg Ferrante, CEO

With a long successful history in the online business arena, Greg originally pioneered Internet access business in the Carolinas in 1992 becoming the first ISP on the east coast.   Extensive experience as both a buyer and seller – with and without the assistance of business brokers on over 90 acquisitions gave Greg serious experience and insight into the pros and cons of the mergers and acquisitions industry first hand.

Shortly after the selloff of his telecom business, Greg retired to Las Vegas and oddly enough picked up a few business broker clients who were in need of IT, Internet and marketing consulting.  After 10 years of working with business brokers globally and providing a mobile workforce solution with a singular point of management and public display of their listings online Greg watched as brokers and listings coordinators relentlessly spent their time and money on countless online listings marketing sites.  So he decided to add the missing element to the equation –


Megan Ferrante - Lead Developer

Megan Ferrante, Lead DeveloperMegan has been writing programs for fun since the mid-1980's when her dad first introduced her to it.  While attending college in Oregon, she worked full-time at Hewlett Packard as a coordinator, and worked with the departments' IT group writing software to support the functions in their division.  In the 1990's, she graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Business.  During her time at the university, she worked for a local Las Vegas IT firm writing software for various companies, including departments within the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. 

In the late 1990's, Megan started her first IT company in 1999.  Since then, that initial company has grown into many, supporting multiple companies throughout the United States.  Her specialties include the following:

Tony Allen - National Sales Manager
Tony graduated with a degree in information systems and spent the first 4 years of his professional career learning the inner works of a computer information systems and the wholesale supply chain of IT products in the 80’s.  

Over the next 17 years Tony successfully led sales teams for multiple distribution and supply companies to extremely successful levels of sales and profitability. He has also designed, maintained and managed his own websites for products of the companies he worked for.

Following his personal goals, Tony worked days and began going to law school at night.  After graduating from law school, he obtained his real estate license and spent 2 years in sales and marketing of real estate.   After working with Greg on many IT and real estate deals over the last 20 years, he is a natural fit to Team BuyaBiz. 


Morgan Jones - Client Specialist and Listings Coordinator

Morgan has performed administrative support duties for many years, and specializes in website design and SEO. Her close attention to detail and tenacity to see a job through makes her a valuable asset to the BuyaBiz Team as a great Listings Coordinator and Client Specialist.  Morgan's skills include the following:
